Touro is an urban school. Our campus is the city of New York. Manhattan is always a dynamic, exciting place, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Walk a block in any direction from our campus and you’ll discover many restaurants, shops, professional services, and even a relaxing urban park at nearby Bryant Park.
We are right across the street from Penn Station and Madison Square Garden (the home of the New York Knicks). The legendary Empire State Building and Herald Square are a short walk of a couple of blocks to our east.
Touro has excellent access to public transportation, including a dozen major subway lines at West 34th Street, the PATH train to New Jersey and several bus lines near our front door that make it very easy to get to our campus. If you’re driving, there are nearby options for parking, with some street parking free after 6 pm. The Midtown West district is the transportation hub of New York City, with easy access to Grand Central Station, Penn Station, and the Port Authority Bus Terminal.
